We're hiring a Case Worker in Scarborough to help manage and prepare immigration files with precision and professionalism. You’ll work closely with our documentation team in Canada and overseas to ensure every application meets the highest standards and aligns with Canadian immigration laws.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of case workers handling immigration applications.

This is a dynamic role that combines client counselling to support individuals and families through their Canadian immigration journey while helping expand the company’s reach.

As an Immigration Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for clients. You will conduct detailed counseling, assess eligibility for various immigration programs, and provide clear guidance on application processes and documentation requirements. You will work closely with our case processing team to ensure clients receive accurate information and seamless support. In addition to counselling, you will actively participate in marketing initiatives to promote Immigration’s services. This includes attending events, following up with leads, managing client relationships, and supporting social media and other promotional campaigns to drive business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Counsel clients on immigration programs, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
  • Provide clear guidance and support throughout the application process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct counselling, follow-ups, and convert inquiries into successful clients.
  • Promote the company’s services through social media, events, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
